How To Give

Thank you for your interest in supporting the Johan Santana Foundation. Please see below for the many different options we have available for you.

Online

To make a donation online, please click "Donate".

Mail

Contributions (credit card, money order, and check) can be mailed to the Johan Santana Foundation. Please download and fill out our donation form (at the bottom of the page) to include with your payment. Please make your check or money order payable to the "Johan Santana Foundation" and mail it to the address below: Johan Santana Foundation 17 Sagamore Road, 3rd Floor, Bronxville, NY 10708.

If you are making an honorary or memorial gift by mail: Please include the family contact name and address (for memorials) or the individual's name and address (for honorary gifts). The Johan Santana Foundation will notify the family or individual of your thoughtfulness but will not reveal the amount of your gift.

The Johan Santana Foundation does not accept cash or altered checks, i.e., checks with markings, crossed out words, even if they are minor. In addition, checks need to be made payable to "The Johan Santana Foundation", as our bank does not accept checks written out to individuals or other organizations and then endorsed to the Foundation on the back of the check. THIS ADDRESS IS FOR FOUNDATION PURPOSES ONLY Please note that any fan mail will not reach the Santana family and will be discarded. (All credit card information will be shredded after processing.)

Matching Gifts

Multiply the impact of your gift! Many organizations and companies offer to match charitable donations made by their employees to charitable organizations. You can ask the corporate donations officer or your human resources department if your company participates, and if so, fill out an application form. Check to see if your company will match your donation to the Johan Santana Foundation to increase the impact of your gift.

Bank of America is currently supporting the Johan Santana Foundation through their matching gifts program.
